When will my order ship?
Each Good Sport piece is made to order especially for you! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process plus shipping time.
What is your Return Policy?
Because each piece is custom and made to order, we do not accept returns, but customer satisfaction is a priority for us. Please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@goodsportapparel.com if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
Do you offer Rush Orders?
Yes, rush orders are available. If you need a rush order, please contact us via email at hello@goodsportapparel.com prior to placing your order. Products are subject to availability and rush fees.
How do I wash my custom pieces?
Each item is custom created by hand with high quality vinyl, that should not be ironed over. Please wash on cold, gentle cycle with no fabric softeners or harsh detergents. Lay flat or tumble dry on low.
How does Shop by Garment pricing work?
We continue to be committed to bringing countless customizable designs to a variety of different garments. Because of this we have created a new way to shop our basic garments.
After you have selected the garment you want, you will select the specific design you want to customize. Different designs add different additional costs to the garment. Once the design is selected the final price of the garment is calculated at checkout.
